Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a Java Meetup Special Edition at our tech hub in Lisbon.

The event brought together the local Java community for two insightful sessions: one on thread-safe programming and java.util.concurrent with Dr. Heinz M. Kabutz, and another on microservices architecture with Java and MongoDB with Vladyslava Prykhodko.

Last Tuesday, our rooftop in Lisbon welcomed a great tech community gathering.

Together with Cloud Native Lisbon and DevOps Lisbon, the event brought people together around two important themes shaping modern engineering: Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.

We were proud to support the event by providing the space, while xgeeks led the organisation, and our client JYSK sponsored the food and beverages.

With 80+ attendees, two highly practical talks, and a great atmosphere throughout the evening, the event created space for meaningful conversations about how these areas are evolving in real-world environments, beyond theory and into practice.
