🎃Spooky season was in full swing at the headquarters in October, with incredible Halloween decorating efforts led by dedicated Test Developer Sine Birch 👌Team members even had some scarily sweet treats to snack on while they worked!🖐️😱

Recap: 🌟TARGIT Company Days 🌟

Recently, the entire from Denmark, Belgium and US gathered in Aarhus, Denmark, for two days of team building, idea sharing, and an exciting look into the future of 💭

On day one, we worked in cross competency teams to investigate how we execute our strategy and create value for customers through our "Friendly BI platform", "Industry value-drivers" and "Care for customers" approach 🤝 We want to keep our customer relationships at the center of everything we do, be easy to do business with and deliver an unmatched customer experience 👌

Later that evening, we completed a city walk across Aarhus that ended in a virtual reality gaming competition 🌆

On day two, we worked with our company and team intents, and each team collaborated on short and long-term goals for the year ahead. This unique approach ensured everyone’s voice was heard, no matter their role or department. Each team built a magic device with the purpose of making life easier for the separate department, and a lot of different magic devices were created ✨🪄

We closed the week with the first-ever TARGIT Awards show and a fantastic party that included a limbo competition, traditional Danish dances, music, laughter, karaoke and roulette!

It was a blast, and we look forward to the reunion once again next year 🤩
