CAVITY is a punishingly heavy band out of South Florida whose sound merges punk intensity, blues-driven doom, and sludge metal into a uniquely visceral blend.
Originally active from 1992 to 2001, CAVITY became a defining presence in underground heavy music, releasing a series of influential recordings before disbanding. Re-emerging years later, the group retains the raw power of their early work while embracing a more stripped-down, experimental direction. Their performances are known for their precision, weight, and emotional force, presenting a seasoned band that continues to evolve while honoring its legacy. With new material and upcoming performances, CAVITY stands as a renewed and forward-moving creative force in modern heavy music.

"Volumen 2 is the second studio album by Argentinian rock icons Pappo’s Blues, originally released in November 1972. Now reissued on vinyl by Svart Records in June 2025.

On this album guitarist Norberto “Pappo” Napolitano established a style with influences of hard rock, blues rock and acid rock, adapting the power trio scheme inaugurated by Cream and Jimi Hendrix Experience to an urban sensibility that integrated naturally into rock of the early 70s. Featuring eight songs all composed by Pappo with each track showing the genius of him as a composer, performer and guitarist, filled with memorable riffs and solos, as well as a lyrical sensitivity that reflects his image as a Buenos Aires’ guitar hero."

Dorothy Carter's "Tree Of Life", the closing track of her album Waillee Waillee, has just been played by Australian radio station 3MDR 97.1FM as the last song of "Do Your Thing" Radio Show.

"Tree Of Life" features Bob Rutman playing the steel cello and was recorded by Jeff Gilman at Music Designers in Boston, MA.
