“The NATO Senior Mentor Program (SMP) consists of retired Flag and General Officers who serve as Senior Mentors within Allied Command Operations (ACO) and Allied Command Transformation (ACT). These Senior Mentors play a pivotal role at both the strategic and operational levels, offering their expertise to support training and exercises across various command structures and headquarters."
