26°C in Ulm today and honestly, it was a struggle! I was already exhausted and even reaching 5 km felt difficult… but somehow, I pushed through and finished the full 10 km!
Not every run feels easy, but finishing when your body says “stop” makes it even more rewarding. 10K done!
