From air, land, and sea, special operations forces from 23 nations trained side by side across 11 host countries, strengthening interoperability, readiness, and enduring partnerships.
More than 2,000 NATO Allies and partner SOF personnel joined over 1,000 U.S. SOF personnel in this multinational exercise.

Courage, Sacrifice, and Resilience
June 6, 1944—a day that changed the course of history. We honor the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy and the enduring legacy they left behind.
We also recognize the brave members of the French Resistance, whose intelligence, sabotage efforts, and unwavering determination played a vital role in the success of the liberation of Europe.
On this D-Day anniversary, we remember all those who fought for freedom and reflect on the resilience, unity, and selflessness that continue to inspire generations.

The legacy of courage lives on. 🫡
In Grandcamp-Maisy, France, U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Kevin Trujillo, Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Special Operations Command Europe, delivered the keynote address during a ceremony honoring Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. Frank D. Peregory.
On June 8, 1944, Peregory displayed extraordinary gallantry and decisiveness against German defenses during the Normandy campaign. More than eight decades later, his courage, sacrifice, and service continue to inspire generations.
We remember his legacy. We honor his sacrifice. We preserve his story.
