It’s June 23, 2021. The sun rises at 4:43 am, the weather is rainy. , and are trending on Twitter. National Pink Day is celebrated in the United States.

That evening, at Hirschstraße 24 in Stuttgart, four conspirators gather in a studio on the third floor. The studio is owned by the production company Mold+Math. Present are the company’s founder and three other gentlemen. The purpose of this meeting is a joyous one: today, the founding of Future Forms will be decided. It will not be until May of the following year, however, until that decision becomes a reality.

Fast forward three years: Future Forms is celebrating the hiring of one of the conspirators and company's oldest friends: Uli Matheus, who provided the space and was present from day one. 

Uli has been self-employed for an impressive 22 years, during which he has founded two firms in Specialty Film & Media. He has served as a Creative Producer, Director, and Project Manager, realizing prestigious projects in the fields of live communication, architecture, software, design, film, and animation. 

Uli has always enjoyed his self-employment and could not imagine working anywhere else. Therefore, it was the highest compliment when he accepted our offer within just 48 hours. And since this week, Uli Matheus has joined our team as the new Head of Production. 

His unparalleled expertise, along with his kindness, fairness, and patience, make him the most wonderful addition to our team. We could not be happier and prouder to have you .matheus 🫶🏼 Welcome to the team!
