What an absolute mind blower! Despite the excitement, nothing really prepares you for a total eclipse. So great to share this cosmological experience with good old friends and my family with an unbelievable view up at the top of Gormaz Castle in the Spanish province of Spain.
Also, great to observe and mingle with all kinds of fascinating other eclipse chasers from all over the world.
Feeling humbled and emotional.
Now on the way to the awesome Wao festival in Italy 🔱🌚💥

Had many wonderful reunions with dear friends at Ozora, including the talented gent on the right and his beautiful family. It was a huge joy to play my downtempo dub/psybass set at the Dome stage.
Now back in England on my way to THUMP, a new exciting boutique festival in a lush woodland not too far from my home.
Then off to Serbia tomorrow for Pyramid festival, of which I’ve heard amazing things! 🔱🛸🎶

Playing together with Raja Ram at Ozora was a surreal moment for me. Since I was asked to play old school techno, trance and goatrance at a TIP party back in 1998, and Raj came over to me (the first time we met) and invited me to come back and play for him again sometime, I never imagined that I’d be up in front of a large psytrance crowd playing with him 28 years later! It’s something we’d like to do again as we both had such a fantastic time performing together.
Ozora has its own kind of unique magic and it’s always a great honour to be part of it.
There’s nowhere quite like the magnificent Dome stage and I couldn’t think of a better place to play my downtempo set to a wonderfully tuned in dancefloor.
Huge thanks to Wegha Andras for suggesting the idea of playing B2B with Raj, I still can’t believe we’d never done it before!
Big thanks also to Krisz Skallamann , , Dj Giuseppe … and all the Ozora crew who looked after us so well and worked so hard to make it all happen.
Also, big shout out, and the greatest of respect, to all the artists of the music I played… you’re all maestros!
I felt that this year had a particularly good vibe and I’d like to thank all of you who brought that to the festival, especially the ones who danced and smiled during my sets and gave me the energy to do my thing.
Finally, I’d like to say how wonderful it was for me to have my dear daughter Bella at the festival for the first time. She’s a fantastic photographer and a proper raver… in the later case, they say “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”.
