Sundays Cruising | Focus on Progress Not Perfection

Today’s run was split between two teams, after running few kilometers together. Long run team and the tempo workout team - wrapping up Berlin half marathon and Boston marathon trainings. Sometimes all you need is your crew members to push you through those hard sessions. Together We Grow 📈

Sundays Cruising | First Run From New Location ⛪️

The Crew went for a Sunday easy run at a comfortable pace, afterwards we went over to cheer our members and other runners at a local race hosted by FinishLine. Celebrating runners as they run by 🎉
