Oscar Wilde called it "the most immediate way in which a human being can share with another". It is the ultimate simulation tool for human experience, and one which combines deep empathy with purely practical aspects right from the start.
We can use tools like playback theater to get deeper insights in research and communicate them more effectively and eloquently.
We can use techniques from improvisation to develop ideas quickly and confidently.
We can use investigative rehearsal and other embodiment techniques to research, ideate, and prototype all at once – and even use it in implementing our new products and services.
We can explore how storytelling helps us increase the impact of our work in the organisation. And theater also gives us a huge set of tools to help facilitate groups, helping them to be more creative, attentive, and to do great work.
