Basic pillers of JRF are Biochemistry, Genetics, Microbiology, immunology and Ecology. Let me know books you read for these particular subjects. Because only two books need to mastered for JRF: Biochemistry by Voet and Voet and Genetics by Benjamin Levin or Simmons and Snustad.

I did it all JRFs with these two books. So Mastery of these books will be sufficient for clearing any of the Indian JRF.
