Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jens Schulte from basecom for a 3-day workshop, held as part of the basecom Academy.

Jens guided our team through basecom’s approach to working with Jira, Scrum, and managing projects in collaboration with customers.

The first day focused on the theoretical foundations of Scrum, followed by two hands-on days where our developers applied what they’d learned in a simulated project — using Scrum principles from planning to review.

Our team walked away with a deeper understanding of Scrum practices and practical experience with Jira.

Last week, our sister company, basecom, gave an insightful presentation on their company’s growth, journey, and impressive clientele. The session wrapped up with a lively Q&A, where we discussed a range of engaging topics — from GROW TECH pillar integration and process optimization to the importance of collaboration and teamwork. 📈 🚀

We are pleased to announce that Michael Büttner has officially taken over as CEO of DialogData.
Thomas Mödl will continue to support us as a valued advisor and brand ambassador, ensuring his knowledge and experience remain integral to our future growth.
Thank you Tom for your dedication during your time as CEO at DialogData, we appreciate everything you have done for the company!
Operational responsibilities will be shared between Ovidiu Banias in Timisoara and Albert Levay in München, who, together with Lea Böggemann and Erik Gebers, have been granted power of attorney to help steer the company forward.

We have presented a robust plan for the future and are confident that this leadership transition will position us for continued success. Together, we look forward to achieving new milestones and driving our company to even greater heights. 🚀

Our summer party in Munich was a success! ☀️ We connected with our colleagues from Timisoara and had a relaxing evening playing games, eating yummy food, and watching football. 🍻⚽️
