This year has taught me so much. I had many highs and lows. Lots of laughs and gratitude but lots of healing and pain as well. This year definitely was a year of GROWTH and AWAKENING.⁣
⁣
From stating living on my own to facing tough situations ⁣
⁣
There were too many changes in my life that I decided to deal in silence, on my own because loneliness helped me to embrace my feelings, to let myself feel bad and start expressing what I feel⁣
⁣
Spending time alone showed me my strengths and weakness... I got know myself better and I'm more aware than ever that I have lots of things that I need to work on but also be aware about the nice things within me⁣
⁣
I also started to protect my inner peace and establish boundaries even though it implies to say "no" sometimes. It’s hard at the beginning but after a while, it feels amazing…and now I’m focusing on what’s important, on my vision.⁣
⁣
⁣
So thank you 2021 for providing me such a great learning. Let’s continue grow, learn and evolve

We are immersed in our daily lives, looking our cell phones, turning the pages of an agenda that is full of to dos but is incapable of reminding us of what is really important.⁣

We overuse the word "tomorrow" without realizing that the only true thing is the here and now, without taking into account that it only takes a few seconds to turn everything upside down. And, suddenly, something makes you stop and realize that time goes by regardless of whether your priorities are.
