Ihr Gesang ist sehr schön und kreativ. Diese Attribute sollen sich mit besonderen Nuancen im „Shady`s“ Küche wiederfinden. Um dies zu erreichen gibt Shady sein ganzes Herz mit vollem Einsatz. Ohne typische arabische Gewürze die in Deutschland nicht gibt, wären die Geschmackserlebnisse nicht authentisch, weshalb sich Shady gerne 2-3 mal im Jahr auf den Weg in seine Heimat Nazareth macht, um dort

1. Create the pistachio butter 
In a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy:
• 2 cups roasted pistachios
• ½ tsp matcha powder or natural green food coloring
• 1–2 tsp coconut oil (to help achieve a perfectly smooth pistachio butter)

→ A luscious, glossy pistachio cream with a deep nutty aroma and natural green hue.

Blend until soft and chewy:
• 1 cup roasted pistachios
• 12 pitted dates
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp matcha powder or natural green food coloring
