Like many businesses worldwide, we’re experiencing a disruption to our IT services this morning due to the Microsoft outage.

Other Cox Automotive product brands are similarly impacted, as are our integration partners. We’re monitoring the impact and our technology team is working to find, test, and implement solutions. We hope these will be implemented shortly.

A recent study reveals a slight decline in the openness to digital offers among car buyers in Germany. This trend underscores the importance of innovation in digital customer engagement for dealerships.
Key Insights:
💳 The willingness of new car buyers to purchase their vehicle entirely online has slightly declined, dropping from 65% in 2022 to 63% this year.
💻 This year, 56% of new car buyers are ready to make a one-time online purchase, down from 59% two years ago.
💶 Financing or leasing is considered by 58%, down from 62% in 2022.
