Brought together by a shared enthusiasm for bleak UK punk and a history of playing in hardcore bands, Berlin based Diät have created a sound that they have described, perhaps not entirely seriously, as ‘tough new wave’.

Fans of Killing Joke and The Mob (UK) should be pleased by the band’s unlikely synthesis of depressive drift and cranked, accelerated energy.

‘Positive Energy’ was recorded last Winter while huddled in a practice space overlooking the industrial landscape of frozen East Berlin, the album finds Diät reining in the threads of malignant enthusiasm still peppered throughout their earlier recordings to focus on the cynicism and dejectedness that binds them as a band.

With members of PISSCHRIST, NUCLEAR DEATH TERROR, SCHIFOSI, and ABC WEAPONS, this project is certainly aligned with the punk/d-beat offerings of their former bands, yet with a refined metallic edge and extended song lengths that give way to moody intros and dirge-ridden passages. Lyrically the album deals with the conflict between the developed and natural worlds, in the context of a bleak, unpromising future.

Hellkrusher - Human Misery LP

The fourth studio album of Newcastle upon Tyne's crust punk institution by the name Hellkrusher. Now, apart from a couple of split 7"s between 1997 and 2017, this forth studio album is the first full length in 21 years. Fourteen raging and pumping songs about the horrors of modern society in everyday way. English Dogs - To The Ends Of The Earth MLP
Official repress of this classic from 1984! Black vinyl limited to 400 copies only! The songs have been remastered, the record comes with the original artwork and A2 poster!

The English Dogs came from Grantham (home of Maggie Thatcher) and were formed in 1982. One of the first hardcore bands to abandon punk for heavy metal, English Dogs' claim to major international fame came in the mid-'90s when their talented guitarist Gizz (ex-The Destructors) ended up as an honorary member of The Prodigy.

After "Mad Punx And English Dogs" and "Invasion Of The Porky Men" the third vinyl release and second EP of the English Dogs is much more metallic. The typical british punk sound is supported by purposefully applied guitar solos and whipped forward by a somewhat overdriven, reverberating vocals, by the massive drum fire from the ambush these 4 songs form a unit that rolls you down. This is dirty metallic HC punk - every song is a hit!
