Some recipes and the dishes I make, quietly become the stars of my kitchen everywhere..and this time too, in March, it was definitely these noodles. I find these noodles of mine, truly an unpretentious, soul soothing dish bursting with flavours… 💓🌟🔥

Prepared for a birthday party, turned out so good that it came my dinner too. 🎉

Achaari Baingan Aloo (made with potatoes and aubergines) is a delightful, surprisingly too delicious a meal. Last menu had this and it was met with such love. 💯🧑‍🍳 Bringing good food, and excellent flavour is all that Indie Rasoi stands for! 💕

What a delish plate of food! 🤩🫶 Vegetarian food is a whole universe to deliciousness, only if you know a great chef. 🧑‍🍳 😂

As a kid growing up in India, bread for me had always been a simple slice loaded with Amul butter and Kissan jam, or an aloo sandwich. Never knew the innovative form of bread, especially now in Germany, ‘brot’ is something that’s irreplaceable now from my living. 🤤🥹 Good ol’ simple days to now the innovative sourdough days, every era is as enjoyable 🌸❤️
