We look back on an outstanding autumn conference in Cologne, which marked a significant milestone for all partners of EO Executives. ๐
From 15 to 17 November 2023, we experienced intensive days of knowledge sharing and strategic networking. This event proved once again that sustainable business success comes from a strong network and mutual exchange.
Our aim was to create synergies for sustainable success in executive search and interim management. The intensive interaction enabled us to develop and share practical approaches for optimising candidate and client care. However, the autumn conference was not just about business, but also about interpersonal relationships. After productive conference rooms, a convivial dinner awaited us, which further strengthened our community. The highlight was undoubtedly the exclusive guided tour of the aquarium and terrarium at Cologne Zoo.
