Optimizing costs always makes sense, while the motivation for cost optimization can be very diverse.

Last week, our colleagues were invited by our experts Julia Anna Bickel and Till Weinrich to meet for an exchange on our cost optimization approach.

At CORE, we developed a six-step approach to analyze cost structures and implement short- and long-term optimization measures.

Last Week we once again had the opportunity to meet more than 350 student consultants within the BDSU-Frühjahrskongress 2022 and had the pleasure of ...
.. explaining to the students at the company contact fair what we do at CORE and what career opportunities this opens up for them.. showing with a keynote speech the importance of IT strategy and IT architecture and what happens when organizations do not take this into account.. demonstrating with a full-day training on Domain Driven Design how to manage to align business and IT and to structure teams and architectures in a logical way
and last but not least ..... having many convincing conversations with interested student consultants in a pleasant atmosphere at the gala evening

Many thanks to the teams of BCPro e.V. and BDSU e.V. for giving us the chance to participate in this well-organized event and to all the interested student consultants with whom we had the chance to share experiences about the career at CORE.
