Edit Serif in use:

The latest special issue of the daily newspaper “Berliner Morgenpost” is all about type. Eight pages of articles by Felix Müller, Erik Spiekermann and Ferdinand Ulrich as well as an interview with Jürgen Siebert about the past and feature of type. Typographer Ferdinand Ulrich did a great job typesetting the issue that features photographs by Norman Posselt.

Being featured in the issue is an honour, but choosing our newly released typeface Edit Serif for the body text — beautifully combined with FF Real for headlines and captions — is just flattering. What an excellent start for a typeface! Thank you, Ferdinand Ulrich and Erik Spiekermann!

New Release: Edit Serif Arabic

Edit Serif Arabic is the first connected script being released within the Edit Collection. This modern interpretation of a simplified Naskh script comes in 6 weights, matching the gray value and dynamics of its Latin and Cyrillic equivalents. Many thanks to Khajag Apelian for sharing his knowledge and consulting on the development of this addition to our font library.
