I've been keeping it quiet here as my full-time job takes up most of my coding capacity, but every now and then an interesting project comes up that I am happy to support.

I am gonna post a few examples here with some of the private work I've done in the last few years.

A new website for Concord Institute, London, is done!

This time I ventured into the world of video backgrounds, custom wordpress themes and customized cms.

I am happy with the way it turned out. It also gives the people at Concord the opportunity to manage their website content in an intuitive and often automated way.

In development since May 2017. With on and off contributions from members of the Concord community. It was an honour to support their dream of healing the world. They are the place to go when one gets stuck or lost in life!

For the geeks out there: I tried to adhere to as best practices when developing as possible. Developed locally with sass, autoprefixer, gulp minifying and refreshing all. It was a bliss to use local dev environment properly. Also tried to reduce jQuery to very least, a lot of vanilla js done. Still some refactoring needs to be put in place but at the moment the site is ready to be public.

A new online presence for the Macrobiotic Association UK has been done by Infinity Seeker.

They have a clean responsive Wordpress driven website which has several advanced features, such as custom practitioner area where the members of the association can manage their profiles.

Also, another great feature here is the listings area, using a map showing businesses related to macrobiotics.

Quite an extensive body of work, there was a lot of content and data to fit into the site, so happy to see this online and live.

I have a soft spot for the whole body of work of the macrobiotic disciplines and it is a great honour to have been invited to build their new website.

New website for the Swiss artist Daniel Eisenhut is online. Includes responsive design, ecommerce and two different languages, all built in wordpress so Daniel can edit all pages and add new content as he needs. www.danieleisenhut.com

Finally got a chance to redesign my portfolio site, it got an upgrade to Wordpress with some cool features. The old site got made in 2012 and started lagging a little bit, so with the new year I thought it was a good time to get a refresh done.

Here is a project I have been involved in for the past 9 months, finally going live. A bespoke wordpress site that let's you create your own offshore company. Working closely with a Swiss client and other developers, my most advanced project so far.

Print and web designs

If you ask me how I am my response is usually "busy". Is it true? Well, most of the time ;).

I have just completed work on a portfolio website for a Swiss company organizing wine tours. Yes Swiss make wine and apparently it is not bad at all. The website can be found here: http://www.winemax.ch/ The main challenge here was setting up a multi-lingual feature, they have 5 different languages on the site!

Next thing I am working on is another Krabathor LP reissue. This time it is their 1998 album Orthodox. A bit darker theme, which is a direction I am slowly moving away from but I enjoy working on this one as this band has played such a huge influence on me growing up and getting into heavy music. www.mosternation.cz

There have also been some major updates to the Concord Institute site, which I manage. New blog feature. New home page and added social media support. Sweet. www.concordinstitute.com

Two more websites in progress. One from Sierra Leone (a logistics company) and another from the Czech Republic. To be rolled live in the next few weeks.

And apart from all this I manage to keep a very satisfying full-time job at Webdadi coding websites for estate agents in London. www.webdadi.com

So things are happening and I am grateful for all these opportunities. Some samples of recent work to follow.

Drum Roll! New website just published. It is RESPONSIVE and WORDPRESS driven so that Kenneth can make changes to the site as he goes along. He also asked for a simple website to showcase his talents as a film maker, photographer and writer. I am quite pleased with the way it turned out.

Design for a London workshop. Created last weekend.

Another collaboration with the mighty vinyl-oriented label Monster Nation Records has brought a re-release of Debustrol's fourth album "Vyhlazeni". The album is now in print and will be released in the coming weeks. Very simple black and white design, slightly darker in atmosphere this is more catering for the heavy metal roots of my being. Will posts samples as soon as the album is out.

On my Photoshop right now is Krabathor's "Only Our Death is Welcome...", nice colourful and a bit more sci-fi oriented design. To be finished by the end of the year. Needless to say how excited I am about being involved in this project as this is an album that had a huge impact on my formative years when it was released back in the 1992.

Other web and print design stuff is in the pipeline and always open to new projects, keep me in mind if and website or anything printed is needed ;).
