M11 - Project

Located inside a former hospital in Charlottenburg and set within a heritage-protected structure, the M11 project is a super-luxury penthouse development distinguished by its spatial clarity and refined materiality.

At the core of the design is an octagonal living room, forming the central interior piazza of the residence. From this space, the sauna, kitchen and workspace branch out, creating a fluid circulation and ensuring daylight reaches deep into the building.

Our visualisation approach focused on expressing the architectural qualities of the project: generous volumes, subtle detailing and the coordinated selection of high-quality materials and surfaces. The aim was to communicate a contemporary, understated elegance while respecting the heritage identity of the historic structure.

Positioned in one of Berlin’s most desirable districts, M11 represents a unique fusion of heritage context, quiet luxury and distinctive architectural character.

Dear Humans
Inspired by Biophilia, furniture designed so intuitively that even animals and bugs feel drawn to them, finding comfort in their presence.
