Introducing…
“Drained“
2026, gouache and acrylic, alcohol and permanent markers on paper, 42 x 29.7 cm (A3).
Berlin was affordable, empty,
and full of possibilities.
That was the draw.
Now the draw is sold by the square meter,
to the highest bidder.
A highway, carving through culture
in the name of „traffic flow.”
Pieces of The Wall, torn down for a better view.
Community gardens and open-air clubs traded for high-rises,
all justified by a housing crisis
that rarely seems to produce affordable housing.
Amidst it all, the pink pipes snake through the streets,
draining the city to make room for „progress.”
Take away the color, the chaos,
the wildlife, the rough edges,
and what’s left isn’t Berlin.
Just expensive concrete.
I’ve gotten so much lovely feedback on Ziggy, and it means the world to me.
He tells the story of Berlin the way I see it, after years of living here, falling in love with it, and researching every layer of the city.
There’s landmarks you’d spot as a tourist, details that resonate if you really know the city, and little secrets for the die-hard fans.
It took a lot of work to get him right, but looking at him now, it was worth every minute.
Ziggy is available in the official .berlin Webshop and in select tourist shops around the city.

What’s the price of “progress”?
A new piece exploring Berlin’s Spree, the A100, Tempelhofer Feld, and what happens when a city gets sold by the square meter.
More soon. 🤩🥳😍

Did I underestimate how long this would take? Absolutely.
Am I stopping? 🤔
Never!!! 💪🤩😉

What a joy it is to share such good news on a Monday!
Couldn’t be happier to be involved in this again. 🤩 Big thank you to for making it happen again…projects like this really do matter for the city. 😍

I love to travel, but nothing compares to being home here in Berlin. ❤️🌈🥰😌

When I finally get to see the thing I drew, in real life…🤩

Another secret I’ve been dying to share…🤩🥳🤗
For the second year in a row, I was commissioned to illustrate the back cover of Phrack magazine. This issue was a special edition for OffensiveCon 2026, an annual security conference held here in Berlin.
This kind of project pushes me to dig into a world I’d otherwise never explore. I love the challenge of finding ways to weave in the conference themes, Berlin references, and inside jokes for the people who actually get them. 😍

I’ve been keeping a secret for over a year and I’m SO excited to finally share it…you’ve seen Ziggy before, but did you know he’s now available as a limited edition collectible? I painted the original design back in 2025 and he’s finally ready to come home with you. 🐻🎉
Limited art edition, 33 cm tall, with finely engraved lines, hand-painted and presented on a round base.
Available for purchase via the .berlin webshop.
“While Kaitlyn is not a native Berliner, she has — like so many people from all over the world — made Berlin her adopted home, drawn by its diversity, moved by its history, and inspired by its creative pulse. With “Ziggy,” a deliberate nod to one of David Bowie’s greatest hits, Kaitlyn Parker tells the story of Berlin through her perspective as an illustrator: curious, sensitive, and full of fine detail. Her design is like a visual journey of discovery. With every glance, you uncover new references to history, architecture, pop culture, and even Berlin’s culinary scene. Between iconic symbols, hidden references, and a colorful, almost psychedelic visual language, “Ziggy” captures the whole soul of a free, vibrant, sometimes wonderfully eccentric, and endlessly creative capital.”
Remember Ziggy….?
Exciting news coming soon!!! 🤩🥳🐻❤️🌈berlin .at.berlin
