Pharma logistics needs packaging that performs with precision.

From clean handling to reliable transport flows, every detail matters when moving high-value, sensitive, or regulated products.

That is where the New ECO PRO Line comes in.

Featuring the Eco i5.2 and Eco E5.2, these medium-duty plastic pallets are designed to support pharma-grade logistics with:

✔ Consistent quality for stable handling
✔ Automation-ready performance for conveyors and high-rack systems
✔ Durable monoblock design for closed-loop and export applications
✔ RFID-ready tracking for better visibility
✔ Reusable design made from recycled plastic

For pharma supply chains, the right pallet is more than a load carrier. It helps protect product integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support more sustainable logistics.

We are proud to reaffirm Cabka’s continued support for the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment, and Anti-Corruption.

Since joining the UN Global Compact in 2023, we have been committed to embedding these principles into the way we operate every day. This year, we have once again renewed our annual commitment and submitted our Communication on Progress, reflecting our ongoing efforts to turn responsible business principles into concrete action.

For Cabka, the Ten Principles are closely connected to what we do every day. By recycling plastics into reusable transport packaging, such as pallets or boxes, we help keep valuable materials in use and support our customers in making their operations more circular. At the same time, our commitment goes beyond the environmental impact of our products. It guides how we work with our people, partners and suppliers, how we promote safe and fair working conditions, and how we uphold integrity and transparency across our business.

Through our continued participation in the UN Global Compact, we reaffirm our ambition to combine operational performance with responsibility toward people, the environment, our customers, and society.

Retail logistics is built on repetition. 🛒

Every day, pallets and load carriers move in continuous loops between distribution centres, retail stores and return hubs. These flows are highly repetitive, time-sensitive and increasingly automated, where consistency across thousands of cycles becomes the real performance driver.

In this environment, operational friction, from handling performance to return flows and durability constraints, quickly translates into higher operational costs, reduced process stability and added complexity across the supply chain.

Cabka’s reusable transport packaging solutions are designed specifically for these conditions:

• Standardized for distribution centre efficiency
• Optimized for automated warehouses and conveyor systems
• Designed to reduce empty return volumes and improve transport density
• Supporting lower Total Cost of Ownership across operations
• LCA-validated sustainability performance compared to traditional alternatives

Beyond individual performance improvements, Cabka enables a more predictable and efficient retail logistics system. That results in fewer transport movements, better space utilization, and a reduced CO₂ footprint across every logistics cycle.

At the core, this is about building logistics systems that perform consistently > not just once, but every cycle.

Every pallet has a past life. Ours just happen to be a bit more interesting 😉
At Cabka, we turn plastic waste into something that actually works for a living – reusable pallets and containers that travel through some of the toughest supply chains out there. Think automotive plants, busy retail warehouses, long-distance logistics… and then back again for another round.

So yes, our products move goods. But more importantly, they move us closer to a world where waste isn’t wasted.

Every pallet we make means less plastic in landfills and less CO₂ in the air. That’s not a nice bonus. That’s literally why we exist. We’re evolving and focusing on what matters most. Which means we’re looking for people who want their work to have real impact (and maybe a better story to tell at dinner table).

2030 is closer than it looks. 📦

With the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), transport packaging is becoming a strategic business requirement. For pallets, containers, and load carriers, the coming years will bring new expectations around:

◆ Packaging waste reduction
◆ Recycled content
◆ Reuse & Recycling

Companies that review their packaging strategy today will be better prepared to avoid disruption, strengthen ESG performance and build more circular logistics flows. At Cabka, we are already taking proactive steps to support PPWR-aligned transport packaging through our designs, materials and long-life performance.

In automotive logistics, the return trip matters. 🚗

Every empty container moving back through a closed-loop supply chain takes up space and adds cost. Cabka’s automotive solutions are designed to support demanding logistics operations with:

◆ Up to 80% volume reduction when folded
◆ Compatibility with KLT systems
◆ Protection for high-value automotive components
◆ Reusable designs that support circular logistics and lower Total Cost of Ownership

Smarter packaging can make a real difference in automotive supply chains, from operational efficiency to sustainability performance.

📢 German government decides Circular Economy Action Programme today.

With today’s decision on the NKWS Action Programme, Germany is taking the next step towards turning circular economy ambitions into concrete measures.
"Today, the circular economy is more than just bottle deposits and waste separation – today it is a stock market-relevant industrial factor" federal minister Schneider says "Germany is a country with few natural resources of its own, so we have to recycle, that makes us independent"
The programme clearly recognises that circularity is not only an environmental topic, but a core element of industrial policy, competitiveness and raw material security – especially in times of global supply chain risks.

As a packaging manufacturer built on recycled plastics, Cabka welcomes the clear political focus on scaling circularity – particularly the ambition to strengthen the use of secondary raw materials and reduce dependence on primary resources.

Our experience shows that circularity only works when the entire system performs: from effective collection and sorting, to reliable demand for recyclates, to clear and practical regulatory frameworks.
The Action Programme rightly highlights the need to combine innovation, investment and market incentives – including stronger public procurement and support for circular technologies.
In the plastics sector, the potential is already tangible: recycled materials can significantly reduce emissions – with CO₂ savings of up to 80% compared to virgin plastics – while also strengthening resource security.
For us, the direction is clear: circular business models are not only an environmental necessity, but a key lever for competitiveness and resilience of European industry.

At Cabka, we are ready to play our part.

We’re excited to share that Cabka will be taking the stage at the Digital Supply Chain Transformation Assembly organized by The Millennium Alliance this June in Houston, TX.

Our CEO, Alexander Masharov, will join industry leaders on June 3–4 to discuss one of the most urgent challenges and opportunities facing supply chains today: sustainability.

In his session, “Building Sustainable Supply Chains: Turning Waste into Value with Circular Design,” Alexander will explore how circular thinking can transform waste streams into valuable resources, helping businesses reduce environmental impact while strengthening resilience and efficiency.

📍 Houston, TX
📅 June 3–4, 2026

As organizations rethink their supply chains, circular design is no longer optional - it’s a competitive advantage.

If you’re attending, we’d love to connect and exchange ideas on how to build smarter, more sustainable systems.
