Are you thinking about how to set a work schedule that works for you and your team? Harvard Business Review recommends you consider these four factors:

• What tasks do I prefer to do in the office?

You’ll want to be “at the table” literally when it comes to high-level and negotiations whenever possible.

•When does my need me?

To maximize your team productivity, you’ll also want to identify what kind of interactions (in person or ) will be most effective.

• When do I feel the least ?
