We are looking for a Sales/Customer Value Enablement Manager (Germany or the US)!
As our first Sales/Customer Manager, you will own the strategy and implementation of the training & development programs for our client facing teams ( and & Professional and Managed Services).

Are you thinking about how to set a work schedule that works for you and your team? Harvard Business Review recommends you consider these four factors:
• What tasks do I prefer to do in the office?
You’ll want to be “at the table” literally when it comes to high-level and negotiations whenever possible.
•When does my need me?
To maximize your team productivity, you’ll also want to identify what kind of interactions (in person or ) will be most effective.
• How can I maximize my ?
• When do I feel the least ?
If you find you’re most motivated when you’re around other people and you fade as the week progresses, request regular office days on Thursday and Friday.
If you find the opposite to be true and know that you’ll get a lot more done if you go in Monday and Tuesday, make that your aim.
