Let us be quiet for a second, listen to the gods sleeping. They sleep through the daylight madness and the hidden obligations. Their dreams are made of sticky pollen, bees embroiding eternal paths. There, the bedtime tales are made out of ancient ropes and each knot has its own story. There, blood is the most precious gift, and it’s used to write ancient stories.

A journey through the underworld

Mictlan is a threshold — a space between worlds, where the soul is tested and unmade.
Here, gods ask for fragments of you. The order of things unravels: wild beasts become guides, and shedding your human skin becomes a necessary rite.
Follow the path of a soul through the trials of the underworld — a journey of disintegration, where death clears the way for new life.
Rooted with one foot in the Western Requiem tradition, the music evokes that weightless state between the physical and the metaphysical — where the body hovers, as in body suspension, between worlds.
It then meets the rich, symbolic terrain of the Aztec underworld, where the dead are not forgotten, but guided, challenged, and transformed.

A few glimpses from the beautiful last week ✨
(As always I only took few pictures)
I had such a wonderful time sharing the love for suspension with this amazing group of people — working alongside lovely colleagues, reconnecting with old friends, and meeting new ones.
This Suscon created so much space and care for emotions, giving everyone the time to experience each suspension at their own rhythm. We cried, watched each other suspend, process, and let go. It was truly amazing.
I suspended under the special care of , together with .body.art . I felt so safe and cared for with such a group around.
I deeply missed , who was home sick — it felt strange to suspend without you by my side. ❤️
So much is still to process, but I came home recharged by this connections.
Thank you for making this possible, an to all the crew 🤍 I won’t tag everyone because it’s annoying, you know who you are

We’re back from the beautiful Italian Suscon, in the mountains around Lecco. We had a very good time, sharing time with friends, making new ones, working side by side with friends and colleagues from all over.
Beto received an award as Umarell of body suspension ( “Umarell” is a term Italians use for elderly men who stand by construction sites, hands behind their back, supervising the work as a kind of hobby.)
