Merry Christmas to all 🎄😁

Just got a reminder of this gig I did 10 years ago today! At the with the legendary and my good friend time definitely has flown! But I was also blessed to be able to record a cool live blues album on this night. We definitely had a great time that night with some legendary people! ⁣

I don't often look back on things I've done but sitting here thinking about this night reminds me of how much God has blessed me over the years.⁣

I’d like to bring to your attention a few drummers who paved the way for all drummers specifically in the UK coming from my community. ⁣
⁣
A lot of you may or may not know these guys. But for those who do I’d like to respectfully remind you that if it wasn’t for these guys we wouldn’t be in the positions we’re in to be able to play on the biggest stages with some of the biggest artists and express ourselves. They kicked down a lot of doors that we’re now able to run through. ⁣

We have to give people their flowers and respect while they’re still with us so I’d like to show some love and shed some light on those who I grew up watching from the UK. These guys are all giants in our industry and deserve our respect. ✊🏾✊🏾 ⁣
