The 10th edition of Warhammer 40,000 is heading into the finals, but at Gamemat HQ Rubikon, we are not done with it yet!

On Saturday, we hosted the penultimate round of our Gamemat HQ Rubikon Casual: Chapter Approved league. We played 1,500pt games on official GW terrain layouts, enjoying a great semi-competitive atmosphere with our regular crew and some fresh faces.

We’ve known for a while that the new edition would bring a clash between the Blood Angels and the Orks. Now, however, Games Workshop has finally revealed exactly what you can look forward to inside the Armageddon box. ⚔️

On the Space Marines side, there’s a solid wave of refreshed units and new additions – a Chaplain with jump pack, updated Vanguard Veterans, a Librarian, and a Captain with relic shield. You’ll also find core staples like Intercessors, heavily armoured Eradicators, and a sleek new take on the Land Speeder.

The Orks, of course, are not holding back. Leading the green tide are a new Warboss, Weirdboy, and Painboy, backed by a proper mob of Boyz and Gretchin. And when it comes to standout centrepieces, you’re getting two right out of the box – the Big Mek Dakkarig and a Wartrakk.

All in all, that’s over 60 miniatures, plus rules, missions, lore, and datasheets. In short, it’s a box you can crack open and start playing right away.

Armageddon is burning again! 🔥

At Gamemateu, you can now pre-order the latest releases that will throw you straight into one of the most iconic wars of Warhammer 40,000—the brutal clash between the Imperium and the Orks. These arrivals are also a first taste of what’s coming in the upcoming 11th Edition.

A true legend is returning to the battlefield, a nightmare the Greenskins hoped they’d never see again: Commissar Yarrick.
