Good news: our Person-Centered Approach training is becoming more flexible.

The English-language programme will now begin in November 2026 and will be organised into three modules. This makes it easier to approach the training step by step, while still offering a complete three-year learning journey for those who wish to continue through all three modules.

Module 1: November 2026–June 2027
Module 2: September 2027–June 2028
Module 3: September 2028–June 2029

A Certificate of Attendance is awarded after each successfully completed module. Participants who complete all three modules receive a Certificate of Completion for the full programme.

The training is rooted in the work of Carl Rogers and combines experiential group learning, theoretical knowledge, counselling and communication skills, reflection, supervision, personal development and professional growth.

It may be especially valuable for people working in counselling, education, healthcare, social care, management, HR, law and other people-focused professions. Previous experience is helpful, but not required.

The programme takes place face-to-face in Prague and is conducted entirely in English.

We hope the new modular format will make it possible for more people to take part.
