What You Will Do
Advise clients on Czech visa and residence permit options
Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documentation
Communicate with clients throughout the application process
Liaise with Czech authorities and partners when required
Track case progress and ensure deadlines and compliance are met
Provide clear, professional guidance to clients from diverse backgrounds
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Czech visas, immigration, or relocation services (preferred)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and spoken English (Czech required & other languages are a plus)
Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Attention to detail and comfort working with legal/official documents
