As part of our ongoing mission to spark curiosity and empower the next generation, we brought our AI lecture to Gymnázium na Vítězné Pláni, engaging students from three different classes in an exciting journey through the world of artificial intelligence. 🤖✨

With the expert guidance of Jiří Hanuš, students explored how AI is shaping our world today and what the future might hold. Their enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and creative ideas made the session truly memorable! 💡

This event is part of Capgemini’s Impact Together Month, where we use our expertise to give back to the community and inspire positive futures. We’re proud to continue this initiative and grateful to the school for welcoming us so warmly.

🤖 Exploring the Future of Work Through AI and Robotics – A Memorable Morning in Prague

💡On September 16, we had the pleasure of participating in the Czech-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce (CMOK) Business Breakfast titled: “From Innovation to Transformation: How AI is Shaping the Future of Work”

🎤 Our Country Manager, Csongor Garami, was among the featured speakers, sharing his perspective on the evolution of robotization—from Robotic Process Automation to HyperAutomation—and how these technologies are reshaping the workplace. His insights sparked engaging discussions on both the opportunities and challenges AI and robotics bring to businesses today.

💼The event brought together a vibrant mix of professionals from Hungary and the Czech Republic, with tnspiring insights from Stewart Oldroyd, Attila Strausz, and Jakub Kubů, each offering unique perspectives on how AI is transforming innovation, business processes, and creating new opportunities across industries.

🚀It was a fantastic morning of knowledge-sharing, networking, and cross-border collaboration. We’re excited about the future partnerships and innovations this forum has helped ignite!

🎯 Back on the pétanque field – and loving it!

For the third year in a row, our Capgemini Czech Republic team proudly joined the largest amateur Pétanque tournament in Central Europe, hosted by the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce. With over 600 participants and a record-breaking 130 teams, this event was not only about sport, but also about networking, camaraderie, and fun.

Despite a few raindrops, the atmosphere was fantastic – full of energy, laughter, and friendly competition. We’re thrilled to have been part of it again and to represent our company among such a vibrant community.

🏅 Our team placed 78th – not quite podium, but definitely proud of our effort and team spirit!

A big thank you to the organizers, partners, and everyone who made this event so memorable. We’re already looking forward to next year!

🔵With more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing across the retail, telecommunications, and IT industries in the Central and Eastern European region, Csongor brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record. Over the years, he has held a variety of roles at respected global companies such as Total, Motorola, Deutsche Telekom, British Telecom, EMC—and for the past 15 years, Capgemini—gaining broad expertise that will benefit our team and clients alike.
🔵This marks a return to Prague for Csongor, who previously lived here with his family from 2001 to 2004 while leading the Czech operation of British Telecom.
🔵Csongor began his Capgemini journey in 2010 in Hungary, where he successfully expanded the business across sectors and client accounts. For the past six years, he’s overseen Capgemini’s sales activities across Eastern Europe and Austria, playing a key role in driving regional growth.
🏃‍♂️Outside of work, Csongor is passionate about sports—particularly running and road biking. 🚴

Summer Vibes & New Beginnings at Mayhouse

🍔Yesterday, our Capgemini Czech Republic team gathered on the beautiful terrace of the Mayhouse building to kick off the summer season with a relaxed and sunny barbecue. Great food, laughter, and panoramic views of Prague made it a perfect way to unwind and reconnect.
☀️We also took this moment to say a heartfelt goodbye to our Country Manager, Bernd Bugelnig, as he embarks on an exciting new opportunity within the business. Thank you, Berng, for your leadership, energy, and the many milestones we’ve shared together. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter!

🏃‍♀️For the third year in a row, our Capgemini Czech Republic team laced up and hit the track at the UniCredit Prague Relay, organized by RunCzech in the beautiful Stromovka Park. With over 1,000 teams competing, we’re proud to share that we placed 139th out of 1,031—a fantastic result and a testament to our team spirit and determination!
🏃‍♂️This event isn’t just about running—it’s about connection, energy, and celebrating what we can achieve together. Huge thanks to the organizers for another unforgettable experience, and to our amazing teammates for representing Capgemini with heart and hustle.
