So what should we start with to get a mortgage in Czech Republic?

We have prepared for you a list of required documents to apply for a mortgage in the banks. So, if you are employed in the Czech Republic, or in other words you are an individual, you need to prepare:

1. A copy of your passport and additionally a second identification document such as driver's license;

2. Employment contract for an indefinite period;

3. The extract from the Bank account with the incomings for the last 3-6 months;

4. Extract from the registers CBCB/CNCB;

5. A confirmation about the salary from the employer on letterhead of the Bank;

6. The application for the loan.

If You are an entrepreneur, you need to collect:

1. A copy of your passport and additionally a second identification document such as a driver's license;

2. The Bank account statement for the last 3-6 months with the accrued income;

3. Extract from the registers CBCB/CNCB;

4. Tax records for the last year;

5. The application for the loan.

Each question on mortgage credit is solved by Bank individually, after submission of all the required documents. Usually the term of consideration of application for mortgage is considered by the Bank within 7-14 days.

The collection of the necessary documents should be treated very seriously, as even a small mistake in the document leads to a negative decision of the Bank.
