We are searching for someone who:
👨‍🍳 Has solid cooking experience
⏱ Can manage a kitchen and ensure orders go out on time and properly
🔥 Works well under pressure and keeps things organized
🇻🇪 Experience with Venezuelan cuisine is a big plus (but not required)

You will be part of a small, passionate team bringing authentic Latin flavors to Prague.

The Catatumbo lightning is a unique natural phenomenon that occurs near Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela. It produces almost continuous lightning storms for about 140–160 nights each year, sometimes lasting up to 9 hours per night. This happens when warm, moist air from the lake meets cooler air from nearby mountains, creating intense electrical storms. Because of its high frequency of lightning, it is considered the place with the highest concentration of lightning in the world.

Czech national Jan Darmovzal, who spent 500 days in a Venezuelan prison and was released in January, has made his first statement for the media.

In an open letter, he described the harsh conditions in the Rodeo jailhouse.
