Material boards for Františkovy Lázně. Natural oak flooring, a neutral palette, traditional Viennese cane, brass door handles, and an abundance of light throughout the project is our main material palette. 🎨

We can’t wait for this. A historic building in Františkovy Lázně has undergone a complete and sensitive renovation - and this apartment is no exception. 🤍

We aimed to preserve as many original features as possible, such as the moldings, herringbone floors, and decorative doors and windows. At the same time, the apartment is being given a fresh new layer through clean oak millwork, subtle details, and refined, minimal lines.

We can’t wait until this gem is finished.

Small but cute kitchen progress for ✨
Since the space was tiny, we wanted to create a kitchen that stands out and feels unique on its own. Curved details such as the cabinets and softened edges are at the forefront of this design.
