Tea Festival & Pure Diet Life Fair 2026 Prague, Slavia
This year together with Euro Tea Expo, we will present you a Pure Diet Lifestyle Fair in 14-15/11, at Slavia Stadium. While enjoying tea, you can also tastes Chinese traditional tea desserts and food, which will bring you a whole experience of healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Through renewing our habits of eating, drinking, living, transportation, education, and entertainment, our living leads to better health, environmental protection, and civilisation.
By starting with what we eat and drink, we can renew our relationship with other living beings and materials. Avoiding animal products, the five pungent vegetables (onion, garlic, leek, chives, and asafoetida), and intoxicants (such as alcohol, ci******es, and drugs) provides pure and wholesome nourishment for both the body and the mind.
At the festival, we will introduce a wide variety of pure diet foods and products, including both Asian and European cuisines. You will find savoury dishes, desserts, sauces, and snacks, such as Chinese dumplings, noodles, tea desserts, cakes, and much more.
We will also organise workshops in both Czech and English to share more about this sustainable lifestyle.
We warmly welcome you to visit the festival and enjoy our food tasting. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Sweet and Sour Beancurd Skin Rolls
Ingredients:
~ 1 pack frozen beancurd skin, thawed at room temperature and patted dry with a paper towel
(or dried beancurd skin, which can be bought at Sapa or a Thai shop)
~ 2 sheets dried beancurd sheet, soaked in water until soft to handle
~ nori sheet, cut in half
~ 1 tablespoon sliced ginger (cut into small cubes)
~ 1/2 small bell pepper and red pepper (cut into cubes)
~ oil, white pepper, salt to taste
Sauce:
~ 3 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato purée from DM)
~ 1 tablespoon mirin
~ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
~ 1 tablespoon organic sugar (or agave syrup)
Mix all ingredients with 1/2 cup hot water and set aside.
Mirin recipe:
~ 100 ml water
~ 2 tablespoons sugar (or agave syrup)
~ 1 tablespoon white rice vinegar
Massage the yuba skin with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a pinch of white pepper.
Stack 2 beancurd skins on a half sheet of nori, fold like a parcel and seal with a little water, then fold again with the softened beancurd sheet.
In a heated non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon oil, pan-fry the parcels until golden brown on all sides. Remove and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Cut into halves.
Using the same pan with 1 teaspoon oil, sauté the ginger until fragrant. Add the bell pepper and red pepper, then add the sauce and simmer until it thickens.
Stir in the fried yuba skin and coat well with the sauce. Serve warm with your favorite grain.
