"Successful elite athletes in developmental ages do not necessarily mean they will evolve into successful elite adult athletes.
Successful elite adult athletes do not necessarily mean they were highly competitive during their childhood or teenage years.
In fact, such a correlation is only about 7.2%! What does this mean? That chasing success from childhood, with a focus on absolute specialization and pressure for quick results, is probably not the best approach.
That athletic talent in early ages and adulthood are two concepts with significant differences and discrepancies.
That an individual’s success in their athletic journey and life is neither revealed in the early stages nor consistently based on the same motivations over time.
Coaches and parents should keep in mind that, on an international level, the age of 11 is typically when children abandon the sport they are involved in because “it stopped being fun and became stressful.” It’s also good to remember that true success in sports and life is not about momentary victory at all costs, but about the desire to maintain motivation and commitment to always pursue it, without feeling like you’re sacrificing yourself. "

While preparing seminars tailored to the requirements of each country, association, school, or individual, I have often wondered why the opinions of theorists who have never moved their bodies in any way hold sway in society.
For example, a girl who became a ballet teacher without ever having danced most of the steps herself,
or an orthopedic surgeon who was never an athlete.
But even so, can all good dancers also be good teachers, or could they become excellent physiotherapists or psychologists, depending on the turn their career takes?
Respect for deep knowledge and scientific expertise is undeniably very important, but I believe that what brings something new, revolutionary, and truly creative is imagination.
As Einstein said, "I don’t care what you see or what has already been hypothesized."
With that said, book dates for the free lectures (they won’t be free for much longer), and I don’t have much time in Greece.
