Pale yellow, clear and bright.

🍵Mouthfeel
A soft, gentle sweetness at first sip. The overall taste is light, elegant, and smooth. Obvious herbaceous character, with nutty and delicate fruity undertones. The tea is sweet and smooth, with no bitterness or astringency. It feels clean and refreshing, leaving a pure, crisp aftertaste.

☀️Good morning!
🌷Today we’re introducing Ye Shan Yun Cong

🌳From Shennongjia’s wild tea trees. Early spring harvest, one bud with 1–2 leaves. Picked just once a year. Pure and rare.

🍂Dry leaves: slender, upright, jet-black with a glossy sheen. Coated in silvery fuzz – visible to the eye.

🍃Infused Leave
After brewing, the leaves are uniform and unfurl like little flowers. The leaf edges show a distinctive ”red rim“ – a hallmark of traditional semi‑oxidised oolong. The veins are clear, and the leaves are soft, bright, and elastic.

🍵Aroma
When boiling water is poured, the fragrance unfolds in layers:
1. Top note: sweet ripe fruit – like dried longan or ripe plum.
2. Middle note: a clear, soaring gardenia blossom fragrance.
3. Base note: a light, fresh, grassy‑herbaceous scent.

🌸Mouthfeel
Smooth and delicate on the palate. A flash of bitterness vanishes instantly, then comes lasting sweetness and a mouthwatering finish. Full-bodied, with zero astringency.

💛Huang Da Cha

🌸A tea with an intense aroma of sweet blossoms with a hint of overripe bananas.

🍃Larger leaves, including a noticeable proportion of long stems as prescribed by the huangdacha style, which give the tea greater stamina across infusions and a sweeter overall profile.

🌱This year’s harvest comes from younger leaves and from gardens at higher elevations than last year, resulting in a more delicate aroma and a softer, more refined taste.

🧁The flavor is sweet, full and fresh, with a creamy texture and lingering notes of flowers and cinnamon.
