Hello,

We are back from our stay at Grandhotel Pupp. The hotel beated our
expectations and we enjoyed the ambiance and the service of the staff.

Also, the booking process was ok. Everything went smooth. At the reception
they asked for a printed confirmation but when I told that it was still in
the car it was not necessary. Possibly because the stay was paid in
advance?

As an improvement I would like to suggest to charge in euros when rates
are communicated in euros. Because of double currency conversion from
euros to Czech Crownes and back we ended up paying more than advertised.
