Take the story with our Czech nurse Romana which began her journey ten years ago.

One sunny morning was not like the other typical mornings - busy and narrow streets in Prague were filled with a noise of motorcycle. Nobody expected to see Romana hopping of her motorcycle and heading straight to our office. She was determined to get a job in Saudi Arabia.

We knew that she is an excellent nurse – she is smart and hardworking woman. Thus, the first job offer came soon enough from the National Guard Hospital, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Giving some thought she accepted an exciting job offer for a Staff nurse role. In 2010, she flew to the hospital for one year. She returned back to Riyadh in 2013 and stayed at the hospital NGHA for next 2 years.

In 2017, after a difficult process to obtain an NMC license, Romana relocated to the evergreen country - Scotland. Here she had a career advancement, from the initial position of "a Staff Nurse" she was transferred to "a Charge Nurse" in 2019, she held this position for less than 3 years. Today, Romana is still working in Scotland. She achieved a high position in her nursing career, namely ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) at the beginning of 2022. Despite the great success, she keeps working on herself. Courage, effort and perseverance - this accompanies her throughout her career and makes her dream come true.
