It may not seem like the most obvious time, but the holiday season does have its benefits—provided you present your home in just the right way. The chances are good that you are going to deal with serious buyers who are ready to make a deal. Here are a few reasons why the holidays are a good time to sell your apartment.⁣

• The number of apartments on offer is low during the holidays, so while you may not end up with bidders lined up outside, you may nonetheless be able to get a higher price.⁣ Buyers tend to be more serious during the holidays.⁣

• You may already be making your apartment cozy and warm during the holidays, creating an attractive atmosphere for buyers.⁣

Thinking about buying or selling an apartment this winter? ⁣

Call us to discuss your opportunities. It’s just the right time to get the conversation started.
