2016 was a year of .
By then I had already survived civil war, immigration, and abuse. Fled to Seattle, met my soulmate within weeks, and built a life in LA for over a decade.
But something was still incomplete.
So I left. Drove into the desert. And let the old version of me finally end.
The desert stripped me bare. No distractions. No noise. Just silence, stillness, and whatever was left of me after years of running.
And my life has never been the same.

People asked what integration work actually IS 🌱
It’s the unsexy part nobody posts about. The daily practices when the ceremony high wears off. The journaling when you’d rather scroll. The meditation when you feel nothing. The shadow work in the grocery store.
