The summer semester is slowly approaching :) For a group of three students we offer a fully furnished, and very affordable three bedroom apartment! The apartment is located Lamačova street in Barrandov, tram station Chaplinovo Náměstí. There is great accessibility to the center- there are 4 of trams going to the flat frequently, including night trams. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 plate ceramic cooker + an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle and the shelves and a sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, kitchen cutlery including plates knives, forks, glasses mugs etc. There is also a kitchen table and 4 kitchen chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen has a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower hose and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The flat is in total 69 m2. The first bedroom has all of the furnishing as seen on the pictures, a double bed with a double mattress and a bed table (8m2). The second bedroom has 2 single beds, working desk and a chair, a wardrobe (12m2). The third bedroom has a double bed, tv, conference table etc (19m2). Bedding is provided. There is also your private internet modem with high speed WiFi. The final price will be 24.000czk (8.000czk per person per room in theory) monthly paid in Czech crowns in cash (it includes all utility costs (internet, heating, electricity, water and other services).
