8 long months of searching for a new home for SOVA, having a veeeeery limited budget and all our belongings left locked at the previous place, weren't easy.

But your love and our persistence made us solve this problem 🤍

Oh, don't worry, cooking is on our chefs 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

We asked ChatGPT to create a tasting menu using local Czech products with modern cooking techniques and received some interesting combinations. Herring tartare with green apple, raspberry jelly, nut granola and snow made of aioli or Zander with spicy baked parsnip and parsnip sauce with parsley oil, for example 🐟🍏🌶️
