Even diamonds turn to dust eventually. 💎 The third and last single of our forthcoming album is out in the wild - and it's a very special one for us.

We always strive to translate a particular feeling with each track we make, and this one articulates something rather peculiar: the very moment before things collapse, confronting yourself. Something oscillating between fierce and fragile, an imminent crash landing. Harder to put into words than into sonics, tbh.

Love goes out to Sydney Chapman for diving deep with us, and to Critical Music for pushing it into existence.

DTD___BTS #1: Voices

Collaboration has always been an integral part of our workflow, not only as a duo, but with the people around us. It's a beautiful thing to share moments of creativity, fully trusting each other in the process toward a shared goal, which always touches some form of self-expression. With 'Dreams To Dust' we tapped deeper into exactly these moments, the magical stretches where you open up completely and really try to articulate what you want to say. We invited our favorite collaborators to Basel, pitched ideas, wrote lyrics with them, recorded instruments, swapped the technical flex for a more human touch, we wrote songs, not tunes. It was one of the most gratifying processes since we started making music.

'Dreams To Dust' is our most honest work to date. No pretense, just us trusting each other and our instincts - a sonic translation of our personal growth, amplified through the voices we trust the most.

The next two fragments of our forthcoming album are now out in the wild.

Two very special pieces which showcase more aspects of the sonic palette 'Dreams To Dust' has to offer. One is introspective and immersive, delicate and lives off progression, while the other is highly technical and upfront with no compromises.
