Job description
A metal welder welds metal blanks and components using various welding techniques.
Work for men, three-shift operation (6-14h, 14-22h, 22-6h)
• Preparation of the workplace.
• Reading and using technical documents.
• Selecting appropriate tools and welding equipment for cleaning and preparing the surfaces to be welded.
• Aligning, clamping, fitting or pre-treating the workpiece using all necessary tools or clamping devices.
• Carrying out welding work in the required position, possibly with regard to the welding procedure plan.
• Final treatment of welds.
• Care and maintenance of tools, welding equipment and equipment and carrying out simple repair work.
• Care and maintenance of used tools, implements, equipment and other aids.

Job description

Koprivnice - physically demanding work suitable for men, production of car seats
• Production and assembly of components (electro engines, car seats) for premium car brands:
- Construction of complete seating systems or individual components
- Head restraints front and rear, with genuine or synthetic leather cover
- Electric motors for steering, braking (EBS) and drive systems
- Engine cooling and HVAC systems, throttle actuator, air control (AIRGATE

Production divided into assembly and pre-production.
Assembly: screwdriver work, material replenishment(lifting boxes up to 5 - 7 kg), cleaning of workplace and equipment. There is also the final assembly where men lift crates weighing up to 13 kg.
Pre-production - welding shop, operating robotic welding equipment. The work includes: correct setting of the part in the welding equipment, checking the weld, replenishing the material(lifting boxes up to 5 - 7 kg), cleaning the workplace and equipment.

• Job requirements: good physical and health status (standing job, work in shifts including nights, some components are large and heavy), candidates must undergo entrance medical check prior starting the job
• Work in new, modern production plant
