We were born to flourish and enjoy this adventurous timeline called life. An Applied Positive & Coaching Psychologist who has been involved within the field of psychology for twenty years. He cofounded the Harley Street Academy of Psychotherapy in 1997 and had the opportunity to train for a year in real practical psychoanalytic methods. However, his innate dynamic nature was looking for a more direct approach of moving forward towards wellbeing. He gained business experience by managing companies in London, USA and Europe and evolved further through neuro-linguistic and cognitive behavioural programs. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and more than a decade of educating adults, but his passion for human development was reignited when he discovered Applied Positive Psychology. Sakis knew right away that this was a field dedicated to exploring what is good in people, instead on focusing on weaknesses and disorders. The University of East London was one of the first Higher Education Institutions in Europe to offer a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. This journey turned out to be one of the most challenging, motivating and engaging experiences. A master’s degree with the privilege of coaching clients and using the psychological mechanisms of human development through the methods of Positive Psychology were intrinsically rewarding. Living with a positive mindset along with taking care of your body and spirit to the best of your abilities can lead to a life worth living. He grew up as a shy kid, until he learned how to find and work on his strengths. Training mind and body helped him to evolve into a confident person who loves inspiring others towards wellbeing.
