Ellen is also my dear friend and mentor. We met in Berkeley when we studied for our Search Inside Yourself teacher certification. I have been following her on social media since and we engage in monthly wisdom circles with other like minded professionals. This interaction has been pivotal for my mindfulness practice and self development.
I organized a webinar for my company, where Ellen talks about a new way of looking at money beyond the traditional financial literacy conversation – Financial Belief Management. One that expands to include how your thoughts and beliefs truly create your money reality and how generosity can actually bring you more of what you desire.

After a long Covid pause, I started teaching Search Inside Yourself program again with my co-teacher Alexie Dossa. We have 24 participants from all over the world (Ireland, USA, South Africa, Czech Republic, UK, Finland) who are keen to work on their emotional intelligence and leadership skills in a training program that originated at Google and is rooted in mindfulness and neuroscience.

Do you practice yoga on your vacation? Why not try SUP yoga? Start with poses where you are low - not standing. Malasana can be a relaxing pose for some but it is also very telling. By examining this posture, you can learn more about your body’s limitations and strengths, assess bilateral, symmetrical, and functional mobility of your hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, and spine. This information will be useful for enhancing your yoga practice.
