Vice-dean prof. K. Kankova wants to help us improve the quality of teaching at our university, Pre-clinical and clinical.

It is completely anonymous, and you can write the good and bad about every class you've had this semester.

This is the only way we can solve the complaints we all have, and keep all the good.
If you're tired of lectures in czech or classes with no practical/clinical work this is the place to mention it.

On behalf of BOSS, MIMSA and the charity associations we work with I want to thank each and everyone of you for your help and collaboration. We had very low expectations, being the very first time that something like this happened in our university, having our target set on 27.000kc. Well, this year the Charity Week raised just over 110.000 kc. This couldn't have happened without you and it's an example of how much we can achieve when working together. We hope for the long longevity of this project and that more initiatives like these take place in our community.

We are so impressed with the turn out so far, the first few days of the week have been incredible! We have already raised an impressive sum of over 13,000Kc!! Thanks for coming down to Campus, Medfac and the MIMSA office to see the cakes, T-shirt's and other accessories on Sale. Please continue to support us, come down and grab a cake if you're peckish!

BOSS - British Oversees Student Society is back and looking for a new committee!
And don't be put off by the name, it was started by a British student, but really this is Brno's Oversees Student Society and open to everyone.

The guys who brought you the infamous Charity Event, Paintball and Clinical sessions are looking for new recruits. BOSS has always been a society led by students that aims to raise money for good causes, and now we want you to lend a hand.

We are looking for enthusiastic fun students who are open minded and proactive. If you would like to help out (plus get extra points for your CV ;)) and have a good time as well, send a message and we will give you further details.

The meeting point will be this Friday 6PM at The Pub on Behounska street in centre, so come down and join us for a drink!

We are still collecting clothes to support the recent disaster in Nepal this week. If you didn't get the chance to have a look in your wardrobe then theres still an opportunity to, just get in touch with Paul Jugsy, Alex Kozadinos or Konstantinos Choulakis. Or you can pass by the MIMSA office and drop off a bag there!

Thanks for everyone who came down to our charity event, we had an amazing time ourselves and we hope you did too! It was buzzing with friendly faces and we managed to raise a whopping 14,075 Kc for Krtek, along with lots of bags of clothes which will be going to Nepal. A special thanks to all of the performers!!

We at MUBOSS would like to inform you that on 1 May there will be a ne***zi march in Brno. The last big march was in 2011, meaning most of you may not have been around then. Although it may have passed without any major disturbances for our small international community, we would urge you to be careful during the days surrounding the event. The streets may not be as friendly as they usually are.

In 2011 a (fairly large) group of people organised a blockade of the march. They will be repeating it this year. Should you wish to join them in this protest, below is a link to the event.

We are organising a blood taking seminar which will take place during the first week of November. We have invited a British qualified doctor over to hold it and need to know how many people would be interested in taking part. We would like to invite everyone to this event.
