We are excited to announce that we are currently hiring for a full time position at Petrides Rentals for our offices in Latchi!

Position Role: Office Administrator

Position Summary:
Provide support and excellent administration to the Rental department at all times. Ensure that Petrides rental’s customer
needs and expectations are met.

* Meet all Sales and Service standards.
* Complete administrative tasks prepare daily schedule to assist the branch’s smooth performance.
* Answer emails and assist customers via telephone.
* Prepare rental agreements and assist the customer develop a personalized plan.
* Perform other job related duties to meet the business needs.
* Basic Computer Skills (Excel, Word etc.)

Required qualities:

* Fluent English Language (Other Languages will be considered a plus).
* Valid Driving License
* Secretarial Skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Ability to perform well under stressful situations
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Pleasant personality
