Rosa is a double bedroom townhouse in the centre of Paphos, within walking distance to the vibrant harbour and sandy beaches. The complex features 4 pools with plenty of space to chill in the sunshine. The house is fully furnished and ready for your arrival.

*all booking are subject to a £200 deposit returned at the end of your stay

Breathtaking views from one of our favourite places to eat in Cyprus. 😍

Sit under the grapevines and escape the mid day sun and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Look at the twinkling turquoise sea whilst eating barbecued chicken, pork souvla, extra large cyprus chips and home grown salad.

Only a short drive to Viklari (The Last Castle) just outside of Paphos. Its well worth the trip!

We will be excepting bookings from August 2021 as long as travel permits. Renovations almost completed for a 5* stay.

Renovation update! The bannisters in Rosa were not fit for purpose, had a huge gap between it and the stairs. As new owners we saw this as a huge risk to anyone renting our villa.... So we have had a whole new bannister built to safeguard you and your children. We think they look great!

Renovations underway! Maybe a little bit of a boring post as this is just a door.... But we have just installed a new custom made door to the house... What a lovely welcome when you arrive at Rosa 😍 before and after!

Take a stroll along the harbour, grab a bite to eat and just relax.

Villa Rosa is a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath villa at the Iris Village in Kato Paphos. Within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, harbour and local amenities.

With all mod cons, including Wifi, British TV, air-conditioning, white goods and a huge pool, your time at Rosa will be one to remember!

We will be open for booking around the August timeline as long as Covid permits.
